Chirag Chotalia is the Founder and Managing Partner of Envoy Equity Partners.
Prior to founding Envoy, Chirag was a General Partner at Threshold Ventures, formerly DFJ, where he spent nearly a decade investing in and partnering with high-growth technology companies. He also served as a Senior Advisor to Cliffwater, a leading institutional investment firm.
Throughout his career, Chirag has focused on identifying exceptional companies at moments of transition and inflection. His prior investments include BentoBox, Casper, Dollar Shave Club, Front, The Honest Company, and LaunchDarkly. Chirag began his career in management consulting and private equity.
He holds a B.A. from Swarthmore College and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School. He serves on the board of the International Center of Photography and is an Adjunct Professor at Columbia Business School, where he teaches venture capital.
Sunny Sethi is a Founding Investor at Envoy Equity Partners.
Prior to joining Envoy, Sunny was a Principal at a special situations growth investment firm focused on secondary investments in later-stage technology companies. He previously held investing roles across public and private markets at Jericho Capital, Insight Partners, and Bain Capital Ventures.
Sunny focuses on enterprise software, AI applications and infrastructure, and internet businesses. His prior experience includes investments across public safety software, AI infrastructure, and AI-enabled customer experience.
Sunny holds a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, where he graduated with High Distinction.
Logan Snow is the Chief Financial Officer of Envoy Equity Partners.
Prior to joining Envoy, Logan was a Partner and served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Trimer Capital. Previously, he spent nearly two decades at Point72 Asset Management, where he served as Controller.
Logan has more than 35 years of experience across investment management, financial reporting, accounting, operations, and compliance. Earlier in his career, he held senior finance roles at Interliant, ENTEX Information Services, and IBM Global Services.
